Accra, Ghana — 14th October, 2025
In a powerful show of corporate social responsibility, Vitol Ghana has donated USD 100,000 to the GRAFT Foundation to fund free life-changing surgeries** for underprivileged individuals across Ghana.
This generous support will enable the GRAFT Foundation to expand its medical outreach and provide hundreds of reconstructive and general surgeries for people who cannot afford the cost of medical care.
A Partnership to Restore Hope
The donation reflects Vitol Ghana’s commitment to improving access to healthcare and supporting organisations that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
A representative of Vitol Ghana commended GRAFT Foundation’s ongoing impact, saying:
“We have seen the amazing work GRAFT Foundation continues to do in restoring lives and hope across Ghana. Our contribution is to help extend that mission ensuring that no one is left behind because of financial hardship.”
Transforming Lives, One Surgery at a Time
Dr Brainerd Anani, Managing Director of GRAFT Foundation, expressed deep appreciation to Vitol Ghana for their confidence in the Foundation’s vision.
“This remarkable gesture from Vitol Ghana will help us reach more communities and perform more free surgeries for those in need. Each procedure restores not only health but dignity and confidence,” he said.
Extending Impact Across Ghana
The USD 100,000 donation will go directly into GRAFT Foundation’s upcoming 2026 Ashanti Hope Project slated for February 2026, which will deliver free reconstructive and general surgeries in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
Over the years, GRAFT Foundation has provided thousands of free surgical interventions for individuals suffering from conditions such as cleft lip and palate, tumors, burns, hernias, and other deformities, transforming lives and giving hope to families nationwide.
